When Direct Financing looked for secured remote access via their VPN they turned to Made4Biz Security for a solution.

The solution was tailored to Direct Financing's specific requirements; to secure both employees and contractors access while preserving hassle-free maintenance.

The chosen solution was combination of standard IDentiWall VPN platform coupled with rather unusual target for the One-Time-Password (OTP) which is typically being sent out via SMS directly from IDentiWall to the user's mobile phone.

Mr. Shai Cohen, Direct Finance's CTO, wanted that their contractors will be able to enter their network but only after the approval of his network manager.

The way they implemented this requirement was simple due to the flexibility and the feature richness of the IDentiWall platform. Each contractor's OTP is  sent directly to the network manager's phone and it's the contractor's job to call him and ask for his OTP. This way Direct Financing is sure that they monitor every connection attempt of their contractors.
